Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set the rules for using the website brenmarsh.com and for submitting requests/leads through it.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit requests through it.

2. Scope of services and variability of results

Any accounting, tax preparation, or related assistance depends on information and documents you provide (including data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness). We do not guarantee a particular outcome, result, or amount of savings. Outcomes may vary based on your facts, documents, and applicable regulations.

3. Requests and lead submissions

When you submit a request/lead (e.g., via a contact form), you provide information to allow us to process your inquiry. Submissions are handled as part of our pre-contract communication and may be used to contact you about services.

If the website includes a contact form, the form submission redirects to a thank-you page. No special custom success flow is provided on the form itself.

4. Identification and pre-contract information for electronic/distance provision (UA)

If you purchase or request services through electronic/distance communications, we provide reliable identifying information so you can identify the seller/service provider before/when concluding an electronic agreement. Reference: Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (№ 675-VIII) — Article 7 (Правовий статус продавця (виконавця, постачальника) товарів, робіт, послуг в електронній комерції).

For distance agreements for services, we provide mandatory pre-contract information enabling identification and transparent terms before concluding the distance agreement. Reference: Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (№ 1023-XII) — Article 13 (Право споживача у разі укладення договору на відстані).

Information requirements may also include presentation in the state language for materials distributed/advertised in Ukraine. Reference: Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language” (exact article text not retrieved in sources).

5. Personal data

If the website collects personal data via forms (for example, name, email, or phone), we process such data only under the applicable legal basis and in accordance with Ukrainian personal-data requirements, including transparency and data subject rights.

We publish (or make available) privacy information describing how we process personal data and what rights you have as a data subject.

If cookies or other technologies process personal data, this processing is also subject to the personal-data requirements under Article 6 and Article 11 noted above. We provide privacy information accordingly.
